Unfortunately, from what I understand, the Afghan soldier in front was killed outside after he ran out the building. US soldier shot the? killer once he cleared the room.

Well put.? I hate it when people underestimate the fire power of high powered rifles. It is so foolish. One would hope that they would never face a combat situation, for fear they might take shelter behind a tin mailbox and be slain like fools.

He was actually shot and killed backing out of the? house, his gun was hit hence the sparks then he was shot.
